Please be aware that between 12noon on 3 and 3.30pm on 6 January, offenders entered the rear garden of a cottage home in High Street, Welford on Avon through a insecure gate and then used a water butt to climb onto a low roof.

The offenders then jemmied open a first floor window, damaging the lock, and climbed into the house.  Once inside, the offenders carried out an untidy search of the upstairs rooms before making off with items of jewellery.
